CFD Paramedic Program Staff

Our instructors bring decades of combined field and clinical experience to the classroom. Each faculty member is a nationally certified paramedic and/or licensed medical professional dedicated to mentoring the next generation of EMS providers.

Joseph Arnold
Program Director
Joe keeps our program operating by managing all day to day operations, organizing staffing, curriculum, and student success. He is the primary contact for the program, and ensures the paramedic program continuously meets the CoAEMSP and CAAHEP standards, rules, and reporting requirements.
Robert Hug
Program Manager
Bobby manages budgetary concerns within the program and operates as our liaison with the Office of the Medical Director.
Dale Vandehatert
Instructor
Dale is our lead instructor with over 50 years of experience. He manages all of the lecture material and integrates real world experience with paramedic curriculum.
Jenna Millay
Clinical Coordinator
Jenna is responsible for managing clinical relationships, documentation, and records. She works with both our clinical partnerships and students to ensure the clinical side of our program runs smoothly and meets requirements.
